Why you receive this email: This email is sent when your research study has finished running and the final report has been generated.

3. First Participant Recruited (Publish for All – Automatic Recruitment)
Why you receive this email: You receive this email when the first participant has been successfully recruited after publishing your study to Userology's recruitment panel.
This email reassures you that:
- Recruitment has started successfully
- Your study is actively running
- No action is required from you at this stage
4. First Response Received (Publish for All)
Why you receive this email: This email is sent when the first participant completes their research session and their response is processed and available in your dashboard.
It helps you:
- Start reviewing real user feedback early
- Access recordings, transcripts, and key moments
- Understand that more insights will build as additional responses come in
5. First Response Received (Publish for One)
Why you receive this email: You receive this email when the single participant in a "Publish for One" study completes their session and the response is ready to review.
This email also informs you that:
- The study is now paused after collecting one response
- You can resume the study if you want to collect more responses
6. Response Limit Reached – Userology Recruitment
Why you receive this email: This email is sent after all participants recruited via Userology have completed their sessions and the study has stopped collecting responses.

- Confirm that all planned responses have been collected
- Review participant recordings
- Conclude the study to begin generating the final synthesized report
